Create publicly available resources, red flag checklists, and proactive safeguarding. Investigate and expose factual misconduct with care, ethics, and trauma-informed practice - helping protect performers and hold those in power accountable.

A Free Resource Hub
Offer accessible explanations of rights, guides for reporting concerns, advice and thought pieces, links to official reporting bodies and industry support organisations, and other resources designed to empower creatives.

A Safe Space with Accessible Mental Health Support
Partner with counsellors, therapists, and wellbeing practitioners to provide discounted or free mental health services and emotional wellbeing support for creatives navigating the pressures of the industry.

A Resource for Education & Empowerment
Host workshops, webinars, and training sessions on advocacy, safeguarding, mental health, and professional development to equip performers with the knowledge and confidence to protect themselves and others.

Sustainable Leadership
Ensure the founder and core team can continue this work through a modest, ethical wage - recognising that unpaid labour is unsustainable and undervalues the emotional and professional investment required for effective advocacy.
