Agent Red Flags

When actors come to The 98% with stories of agency misconduct, a common thread is that they often noticed early warning signs but brushed them off or ignored their gut instinct. On the flip side, I’ve also heard from people who spotted red flags and walked away early-saving themselves in the long run - emotionally, mentally, and financially. That’s why recognising red flags when meeting, and working with, agencies is so important.

I’m working on turning this into a full written resource, but for now you can watch the videos I made for Instagram below. These cover some of the key things to look out for when you’re seeking representation. Part Two, focusing on red flags after you’ve signed with an agency, is coming soon.
